need help with my assassin's mark oskarm gloves

hey everyone!!

I am not proccing assassin mark on bosses whatsoever with oskarm!! my stats are::

I have -9 all skill mana cost from standard ring! i have replica conq eff too!!

the only 2 skills that cost mana in m setup (gen cry bf build) are

assassin mark which is 7 mana and desecrates which is 9 mana

i have mana pool of 51 and i leech mana and i hit enemies with my cyclone and my character never says im out of mana aaaaand i have kitava cluster for extra mana and life (i know it dont help but still cool cluster)

I am super insanely confused why im not getting the mark on

I do have an additional curse chest mod and i don't curse with anything beside vulnerability

again i tested on maven and shaper guardian bosses with no mods like can't leech or unaffected by curses

i just cannot understand whats wrong i mean at least with maven she and her brain should be unique!!

my linos roar flask has procc when hitting rare or unique enemies which do gets activated every time i hit with my cyclone!!

i have mana sustain i have an additional curse mod I have only vuln other curses i have no skills that cost mana beside desecrate and I leech mana

any ideas guys why not working?

i leterally gave all the possible needed information

Likely the thing you missed thats causing it to not proc. Could it be a bug? Sure but the odds overwhelmingly favor players just missing out on something.

What do you have in your gloves?

indeed i have cast while channeling and it causes the problem prob solved thank to you both and imanubcake poe smarties <3
