inspired learning is disabling headhunter from working

Please see video posted below. Inspired learning crimson jewel is taking precedence over head hunter and stopping it from getting mods when both are equipped.

inspired learning has a higher priority for activation, stolen buffs do not stack or refresh duration.
so this wouldn't be a bug, stop using IL with HH. |

If you using Inspired learning better will be replica HH and you even stack buffs faster because maps awlways have more blue packs... Whit Inspired learning you will also gain buffs from yellow mobs (-;
