Official POE Trade Site Filter By Items Stats for Pasted Item?

I noticed that there's a button on the official POE trade site, "Filter by Items Stats" to enter the stat information into the item search.

I'm wondering if there's a way to use this feature by copy/pasting an item from in-game?

I know there are third-party macros but I've heard mixed things about if they're allowed or not.

Anyways, it seems like the feature is 3/4 to officially being there especially considering the item search also lets you copy an item from the search results in the same format...

Awakened PoE Trade (which is perfectly acceptable and not ToS) does this when you search for an item. If you run the command and then open tool's search in an external page, then you will have all the stats 'imported', though it is a little bit more finnicky than just being able to paste in to the trade site.

So yes there is a way to do it but not as easily as you would hope.
