The sacred grove - Oshabi encounter

Started encounter as normal, bugged out right as she was changing into 2nd phase of the encounter. Shes standing perfectly still in front of the tree in the middle while being un-targetable.
The tree in the middle is still pulsating and changing colors.

exiting map, changing characters and reloging doesn't work.

same thing happened to me: went fully immune, couldnt progress the boss. waste of time, currency, xp.

did eventually run another oshabi and it worked fine. this feels like the same bug that was present back when harvest launched.
