Orb of annulment + prefixes/suffixes cannot be changed

If I set prefixes cannot be changed mod on item, does it guarantee that orb of annulment remove one of the suffixes?

Yes. That includes the possibility of removing the metacraft itself since it's a suffix.
I have a pretty good sense of humor. I'm not German.
