No Overleech on petrified blood, :( please help

My overleech is not working while in petrified blood, it was working fine yesterday

Looking at the calcs page on PoB...
You have 30 life gain on hit with spells, and 1.6% of damage dealt leeched as energy shield. There appears to be no life leech. |

I gain 1495 per sec and after life reservation from petrified blood my life is 1557.5, shouldn't there be overleech after that ?

Gain is immediate: when you deal the hit, you get the life. There is no "over time" component.
Leech is only immediate in very small amounts, and harder to explain in full detail, so here's just the general idea: you hit with damage, the leeched amount gets added to a stack for recovery. While the stack isn't empty, you recover life over time. |
