can´t capture souls

tried to capture souls for brine king . put a divine vessel and atoll map in the map device and completed the map ( kill map boss totem).afterwearsd i picked up the bottle out ouf the map device and it was still empty. tried it several times with atoll map and frozen cabins map. always the same result of a empty divine vessel :( no frozen immunity for me so far :(( please help
