All Ears achievement

I'm down to two achievements left with the game, after a very successful run this last season.
Other than capture the flag, which I guess I'll just have to find some people to do (maybe guildies) the other one is All Ears. The wiki has a list of conversations, but it's clearly out of date (e.g. references to Navali). Following that, I ended up 3 short. Does anyone have a more recent guide for this achievement? The list jumps from 100 to 104, which is the number of conversations I'm missing (I was down 3 on my last run).
Looks like it's still incomplete. |

Ah, that's where I screwed up - I didn't talk to Eramir mid-bandit slaying.
Weird that he has some dialogue (e.g. Dominus) that just doesn't count. |

i am a bit stuck on
