paysafecard problem

Hello guys i have a problem. Im from poland and I want to buy coins through my paysafecard account and i get the information that my account needs to be registred in russia and my account is registred in poland. Any solutions?

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with this! Please note that if you are trying to make your purchase in RUB, you won't be able to as purchases using this currency are region restricted - you should try making your purchase in EUR or USD instead.

I have bought it here in poland. I once bought coins from store and i didnt had any problems so i dont know whats wrong.

I just got replay from support that they cant help me and i should contact paysafecard support :(

Ok I resolved the problem i just switched to euros and change localisation in payment methods and i succesfully bought coins. Thank you for all the help and sry for the inconvenience.

glad you solved it.
just to summarize: you bought a paysafecard in poland for zloty and could only cash it in if you chose euro instead of us dollar? this rather sounds like a xsolla issue cause it's on them to exchange the zloty to us-dollar (ggg only accepts payments in usd) offline
