Flame Dash Permanantly Frozen In Cooldown When Withering Step Gem Is Removed

Hello GGG Team,

This has been reported multiple times already in the bug forums but has not reached the "known issues thread" yet.



Here is an image of my flame dash permanently "frozen" in cool down after using both withering step with flame dash.

When Flame dash freezes on CD with 0 charges, if you remove the withering step gem, the flame dash cool down remains frozen in place, and doesn't refresh unless you unequip/re-equip the fame dash gem or withering step gem.

Takes a while to get it to bug out, but if you play around with flame dash and withering step (equip your withering step as your left click bind and flame dash as your Q), you will eventually encounter the "cool down freezing" that everyones talking about. if your flame dash is ever frozen while in cool down with charges 0, don't press any other buttons and remove your withering step gem and you can replicate incident in the photo.

Good luck and hope you fix this one soon, it's kinda annoying to have FD freeze when you really need it to escape out of messy situations.
