Good day.
My account got banned today for no reason. I didn't do anything illegal. I can't even login to my account on the website. Can't contact support. Account name is "ThomasParry" Last bumped on Mar 24, 2022, 1:11:27 AM

Alternatively, if you have been banned, you can appeal the ban on your Account Information page and you should hear back from the accounts investigation team as soon as they are able. " Well if you are banned, then you would still be able to login to the website and go to --> "Home" - "My account" (https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account). There your account status would show "banned" and there would be a "ban appeal link" for your to activate. However in your case you get the message saying --> "Your account have been locked. Please contact GGG support". This means that there is an "issue" that GGG wants to talk to you about and before that is resolved all access to the account is restricted. So you will need to e-mail GGG support to get this resolved. |
