Vaal Breach gem (non div card) in 3.17?

Is it still possible to create a Vaal Breach gem outside of the divination card in 3.17? I've attempted to do this and haven't had much luck and I don't see any Vaal Breach gems available through trade that weren't a result of the div card.

If this old create method has been removed, it would be good to know. I didn't see anything about this in any patch notes for the past few leagues.

According to this patch note from 3.14 it might not be possible to obtain it by using a vaal orb on a portal gem:

Vaal Skill Gems can now only be obtained from a set of specific methods such as Vaal Side Areas, Divination Cards (that specifically grant Vaal Skill Gems) and the Lapidary Lens in the Temple of Atzoatl.

However, according to the wiki it would require the Breach flag from a map device craft to transform a Portal gem into a Vaal Breach in the first place, and since that craft is not available this patch, it should not be possible to create Vaal Breach that way either.

I have not corrupted any gems in a long time, so I do not know if using a vaal orb on a gem can really no longer result in its vaal version. But if it really cannot, I would be surprised if Vaal Breach was an exception even if the Breach craft was available in the first place.

I think i still vaaled one in map with Zana (now Kirac) Breach after the 3.14 change (trust me , i wrote that part of wiki)

But i doubt you can acquire it from Temple of Atzoatl as the gem is not a normal vaal gem
