Hi there
This is not my original account beacuse its banned and cant open a new post.I want to express some of my concerns. I have been banned on 4 March due to RMT. Same day two of my friend also banned because of same reason. Today, they said their accounts opened. I am trying about 2 week to open my account and I have expressed my regret many times in my emails. Conversations get longer and i still dont get any satisfying answer from support. Neither I nor my friends deny RMT. If we got banned for the same reason and their accounts opened, shouldn't my account be opened as well?. Both me and my IRL friend's appeal denied due to RMT. After two week, his account somehow opened. Mine is still banned.

RMT is and should be a perma ban, if GGG decided to unban anyone it is entirely up to them, though for all we know you could have been banned before for RMT got unbanned but decided to keep doing it.
At any rate, i wouldn't expect to get unbanned for a very clear breach of the ToS (and it's not even just this game...it is standard throughout almost every one that is online) Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi
