Raise Spectre is raising non-wanted Spectres

Yesterday morning I was able to raise 3 spectres of the type I wanted, now I can't. I can raise 3 Spectres, but only 1 of the three I want. I get two rubbish ones that I did not highlight and despite respawning corpses and highlighting the Spectre I want it will only give me the same one I had.

The Spectres in question are Flame Sentinels but I assume it is all types of Spectres.

Not sure if this is a bug or something in my settings. Is there something I need to clear for it to start working again ?

I need Desecrate to generate the corpses to raise the Spectres. I did put Spell Echo in yesterday so I'll remove that and see if things return to "normal". It will be a bit of a pain to have to do that every time I want to raise Spectres properly but peace of mind is more important :-)

Edit: Removing Spell Echo temporarily fixed the problem. Thanks again !

You must remove Spell Echo every time.
It always interferes with Spectre summoning.
