Divine Blessing Support + Lifetap Support Sometimes Not Applying Aura/Disables Life Recovery

Issue: Occasionally upon casting my aura, it'll incur the life cost to cast the aura but will fail to apply/refresh the aura. Additionally, after failure it will disable any and all life recovery methods(life flask, leech, life gain on hit, recover %life on kill) besides passive life regeneration. This issue persists until a successful recast of the aura occurs.

Additional information:

After spending 10 minutes in my hideout trying to replicate the issue by constantly recasting the aura and refilling my life via life flask refreshing, the bug never happened. I was also consistently casting my main spell to make sure interruption by my own inputs wasn't causing the issue. I believe it is caused by some interaction with being hit by monsters as I cast the aura, my best guess is by blocking or by being stunned/recovering from a block. My character is attack/spell block capped with Glancing Blows and utilizing Aegis Aurora as well as Tempest Shield. I am not sure whether this issue exists without the use of lifetap, or if it exists by use of other auras/non-vaal versions of auras.

EDIT: After further testing I have replicated the issue using the non-alternate quality Divine Blessing support, the non-vaal version of Haste, and the non-vaal version of another aura gem (Grace). Still unsure whether this behavior exists for mana if lifetap is removed from the links. Also worth noting I play on predictive. Considering some other bugs currently exist with this networking mode, might also be a factor?
