Maybe not a bug but it is clearer to state "+1 to Level of all Active Skill Gems, +x% to Quality of all Active Skill Gems"(since the exp bonus is for all gems, it makes believe that the latter ones are the same).

Active skill gem is a vestige from old days when gems were classified as active skill gems and support skill gems. Later GGG renamed them to skill gems and support gems.

The reasonable request here is to update all mentions of outdated wording, and not vise versa.

But some support gems have elements resembling "active" gems, like Shockwave, Summon Phantasms and Decay(I was hoping this amulet to work with Anomalous Summon Phantasms :) Besides wording it clearly helps new players(and some old) a bit more in this ambiguous and intrigued game system.
