Stuck/Exit Blocked Act 5 Control Blocks

Hello,

I am stuck in Act 5 Control Blocks whereby the exit will not open. I killed the boss and acquired the Eyes of Zeal but the exit did not open (they've disappeared from my inventory so I cannot try again.

This seems to be a known problem and I have tried everything I've read online to resolve the issue including:

- recreating the instance multiple times
- restarting the game

My bug support reference number is 2,819,581,651.

Can anyone help me out? I cannot progress in the game. Thanks.

In the original post, I forgot to mention that I hadn't unlocked any waypoint past the Control Blocks so I couldn't skip it. Just booted up the game to take a picture to show you and I see that the waypoint in the pic you provided was indeed unlocked - maybe support worked their magic on my account?

Some wp are unlocked automatically. You just missed the flow of the storyline
