Bow crafting help

Hi. Im not a much of a crafter so i wanted to ask how would some of you seasoned crafters out there handle this bow?

Found it as it is atm.



Looking for best alternatives. Iceshot or pure phys damage would be cool.

Going through this list on poe.ninja (https://poe.ninja/challenge/builds?skill=!Blade-Vortex&weapon=Bow&allskill=!Ice-Spear&sort=dps), you can see that most people with high-damage bow builds tend to be elemental and not physical, and also that they value attack speed on their bows over crit chance. This is something to keep in mind if you do decide to craft further on it.

In addition to this, this search (https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Archnemesis/eJqEMjYUL) shows that even with a fair amount of DPS on the prefixes, it most likely wouldn't be worth that much.

To craft a great bow with +2 arrows, you would really prefer to start with the prefixes and then move to the suffixes. This is because you know you want 3 prefixes (fire/cold/light or %phys/flat phys/hybrid), and it's much easier to craft one half of an item if the other half is full. To guarantee the +2, you would fracture it first, then go for prefixes, then get crit multi/attack speed/whatever on the 5th mod and then craft the 6th mod.

In conclusion: crafting on this bow base would be costly and most likely wouldn't be very desirable or expensive. I know it sucks because the suffixes are nice, but sometimes that's just how it is :|

Yes, you start with in a bad way to craft suffix before prefix.

But in this case, maybe you should try to block suffix, and then "reforge physical" to hit something good, or elemental with any "Reforge fire/cold/lightning", but it will need a lot of try, and 2 exalts every try ( with suffix cannot be change )
