[3.19] CoC Ice Nova Build | Assassin | Lake of Kalandra | Path of Exile 3.19

Hey guys, cast on crit ice nova assassin build is here. I was gonna play as trickster but I felt like trickster is not really good for coc builds. So i decided take an ascendancy from trickster and go for assassin. I got Soul Drinker with Forbidden Flame/Flesh jewels. Overleech feels really good and allows me to use energy leech support gem.

Build Cost
- Medium Budget: 20-50 div


Before asking a question please read.

Mana: How do I sustain mana?
- Non-Channelling Skills have # to Total Mana Cost mod on rings
- Replica Conqueror's Efficiency
- Mana leech from Essence Sap (Amulet annoint)

Critical Strike Chance: Aim for %100 crit chance.
- Power charges
- Diamond Flask
- Inspiration charges
- Precision
- Ascendancy, Skill tree
- Cospri's Malice
- Brittle Ground

Cooldown recovery: We need at least %14 for this build. I got it from awakened gem because it's really cheap this league.
- Awakened Cast on Critical (minimum lvl 3)
- Shaper/Crusader belt
- Shaper/Crusader boots

Accuracy: We need %100 hit chance.
I got flat accuracy from one ring and gloves also using level 21 precision.

Aps: With 14% cooldown recovery optimal aps for cyclone is 7.57. Don't go over it.

Militant Faith: Dominus to get Inner Conviction keystone.
Try to get these mods:
- 4% increased Elemental Damage per 10 Devotion
- 4% increased Area Damage per 10 Devotion
(Check the jewel on pob before you buy it.)

Life Reserve: You need "2% increased Reservation Efficiency of Skills" mod on one jewel to be able to open all auras on Prism Guardian.

Immortal Call (Lvl 1) - Cast when Damage Taken Lvl (10) / Precision / Flame Dash

Assassin's Mark (Divergent) - Mark on Hit / Herald of Ice / Summon Skitterbots

Prism Guardian:
Hatred / Grace / Zealotry

Cospri's Malice:
Frostbolt (Phantasmal) - Ice Nova (Anomalous) - Greater Multiple Projectiles (Anomalous)

Hey have a question are the Phantasmal, Divergent, anamolous gems mandatory? dont have enough budget for that

Really want to play this but kinda expensive :D

So attempting to run this build, and running into issues trying to understand the numbers you have in the POB. You have your evade chance at 93% with an evasion rating below what I have. How is that possible?

NM its from the Vaal Grace you have running.

Thanks for your build, I switched to this in std from my old CI Cospri and it feels GREAT!

I understand that awakened CoC gem solve the cooldown recovery problem with the 6L Ice nova. Aren't we losing dps without the CDR on belt/boot for the cospri?

Btw how do you calculate the dps of your build?

Hi, I'm doing this build and was wondering what the defenses are. I'm not sure if I'm playing wrong or doing something wrong but I feel like I'm getting 1 shot quite often.
