Cant use second skill bar at all

Hello, posting here like support told me to.
For 2 days I havent been able to use my second skillbar (crtl+qwert) therefor essentially not being able to play the game.
My keyboard works fine, i can use all buttons outside of poe, tried rebinding the keys in game, doesnt work either.
Please help.

"Rebinding the keys" suggests that you haven't looked at the key rebind that would matter.

In the game's options, under the "Input" tab, there is a keybind near the bottom of the list labeled "Toggle Skill Set". It should be between "Item pickup key" and "End Delirium Encounter".

Please double check if this is bound to "Control".

I have looked and yes its bound to control, 2nd skillbar shows up as usual when holding ctrl, just pressing keys does nothing.

Ah, that's a bit different than I was expecting from the description.

As a diagnostic--if you hover over an item in your inventory and press Ctrl+C, it should copy the item's information to your clipboard. Does this work for you?

I can't think of reasons for it to not work unless another program is trying to use those as hotkeys (e.g., AutoHotkey scripts). Do you have anything like that running, or have you installed something recently that might be doing that?
