Assassin's mark doesn't grant power charges when applied with mark on hit against Unique enemies

Assassin's mark very often doesn't grant power charges when applied with Mark on hit support gem and enemy is slain. Also it doesn't grant power charges with quality (5% to grant power charge on hit against marked enemy).

When I apply mark myself I always have 3 power charges.


Seems like problem affects only Unique enemies. Rare enemies work fine with Assassin's Mark+Mark on hit support.




Did more tests and seems it works like intended. Sorry for misleading. You can delete this post.
