How to change shader cache location

Hi, I have my game installed on an NVME, while my shader cache is being generated on another driver, we used to have an option to change that but I think it was removed, I'm having huge loading screens where the performance graph fills the shader bar, so how can I change my cache to the same drive now?

the shader cache is on the drive you installed windows on.

it generally makes sense to install windows itself on the fastest drive because loading system libraries and assets takes more time than loading any game files.

it's nice to have the game on a fast drive though but i would always give win priority on that.

poe shaders are in your user dir under appData/roaming/pathofexile/...

if you move your user dir to the fast drive, you also move the shader dir but be prepared, it's probably alot of data.
