The Searing Exarch

How to get it to map device? I read everything. I run yellow map but never found Envoy. I have all map unlocked as playing standard. I have eater on my map device but not The Searing Exarch. What to do?

If I recall correctly I unlocked both in T10 maps.
Right after killing the mapboss Maven and the Envoy spawned near the arena wanting to talk and that was it. I got the equivalent to the Maven Bacon (yes its bacon not beacon) and used it at plugged it into the mapdevice as usual. |

"I unlocked all maps at once by doing corrupted guardian map. So I have full atlas unlocked but no searching exarch. Nor quests I can take. Nothing. |

There was no quest, Maven and the Envoy just showed up and then I had to run a bunch of maps to complete questlines.
Thinking about it: It probably similar to unlocking Maven. There is no quest either, its just the Envoy greeting you at the start of the map when you are running your first T5 and then the Maven questline starts. I didnt pay attention tho, it just happened out of the blue and I still think it was a random T10. After that I had to run a T11, T12 and T13 or something like that and dropped an inviation for the Exarchs little brother. I had to fight the Black Star and after beating him I had to complete a T14, T15 and a T16 to drop an invitation for the Exarch. Thats pretty much all I can remember. So I guess you have to farm a few T10s and hope for the best. |

There definitely is a questline for each boss (until you beat them the first time). It says what tier of maps you need to run.
