The game crashes my whole internet (maybe)

A few days ago I started having sudden disconnects while playing. It usually happens every several hours, although one time I disconnected again minutes after reconnecting. When it happens, my entire internet connection goes down, nothing is reachable from browsers or online apps, and the connection's tray icon goes "unavailable". Sometimes it fixes itself in a few seconds, but usually I have to reboot.

I've contacted my ISP, but they said the problem must be on my side - they had hardware issues around the time my problems started (which I guess was the trigger), but quickly resolved them.

I have no issues when I'm not running the game.

I use Windows 10 with latest updates, and direct cable connection.

same problem.

The fact: I could stay without no internet connection in HO longer than while maping
24.1.2018
wheres my fragment tab?
(I thought that was a joke)

25.1.2018: GGG- Introducing the Fragment Stash Tab!
Bump. Full disconnections are rare but momentary ones happen pretty often.

It sounds like one of 2 things happens -->
- The "IP stack" in windows crashes.
- The router/modem crashes or think it's being attack so it start dropping all packets from your PC.

Do you have other PC's connected to your network ?

Are you sure that the router/modem is using latest firmware and the Netcard in your PC is using latest Vendor drivers ?

Sorry, I'm not good with network stuff.
I have a cable going into my apartment, and mine is the only PC here. It's plugged directly into the PC, no router or modem. I don't have any other computers I can reach through Explorer. I'm not sure if it means my network is empty or not.
As for drivers, I've tried "update driver" for every entry in device manager's network adapters section and they say they're up to date.

But where does this cable come from. You can't get internet access unless there is a router/modem somewhere so there MUST be more equitment in your home OR the building you are living in is providing this to you via their switches and router/modems.

unless we know your physical installation we are working blind.

Try making a 300+ packet WinMTR report to a GGG instance IP so we can see what devices is "reporting" themself on the network.

Here's the report. I used the IP related to an instance that DCd me at least twice in a row.

What ever this device is and whereever it is, then this is your default gateway = the router/modem.
So the question is, where is it and who controls it.
As you can see from the WinMTR report, it has latency spikes up to 235 MS witch it shouldn't. It should be rock stable and below 10 ms......
So you will properly need a IT Pro to come help you to find out what's going on. My guess is that it's this device that drops your connection = your pc looses internet connection.
