Searing Exarch imlplicit "Drop brittle ground when moving" mod bug

Brittle effect from "Drop brittle ground while moving" mod does not benefit from "increased non-damaging ailment effect" mod, but "Drop scorch ground while moving" mod do.

Can confirm both scorch effect from searing exarch impilict mod and same mod from old maven unique boots work correctly with "increased non-damaging ailment effect" mod.

Is brittle considered as a damaging ailment? Or is this a Bug?

I have two screenshots about these two effects, i have 60% increased non-damaging ailment effect, scroch reduce 16% resistances as expected, but brittle still give only 5% crit chance.
