Accuracy Mastery Precision has 100% mana efficiency

Level 17 Precision Mana reservation: 159 Mana
With the Reservation Mastery wheel (between shadow and ranger) and 15% Mana reservation Efficiency mastery; and the Accuracy Mastery Precision has 100% mana efficiency enabled; Activation of Precision Reserves 67 mana.
