do einhar beasts have a specific spawn or are they 100% random?

As far as I know and as far as I have seen (anecdotally), Beast spawns are not area dependent. You can get Farric spawns in Arachnid Nest and Fenumal spawns on Peninsula.
I believe they were area-dependent in Bestiary league itself. |

Will Einhar not show up in any zones from act one? This is something I'd like to know before wasting anymore time exploring those zones. Also if any of the captured beasts gets killed when you try to do the Blood Altar ritual for the first time, but end up getting killed will Einhar show up to help you catch another copy of that beast? Is it it possible for such beasts to once again spawn in zones you have previously cleared with Einhar such as the riverways?
