Are Divine Blessing supported skills not meant to be triggerable?

Divine Blessing: "Supports aura skills that create permanent auras around you, changing their reservation to a cost and making them temporary."

Most trigger supports only state "skills with a reservation cannot be triggered".

Items that trigger socketed skills such as on focus also do not currently work with Divine Blessing supported auras.



If Divine Blessing is truly changing the reservation to a cost and making them temporary, I would expect those skills to become triggerable but at this time they are not.
