Kirac missions are red map level, but I've only ever done white maps

[Archnemesis Softcore] Yesterday I did a Kirac mission Vaults of Atziri map, possibly Tier 5 or so (definitely in white maps).

I have only run white maps so far this league.

Today when I log in, I see that I have new red map daily master missions available for all the masters and Kirac.

When I look at my Atlas, it is showing that I have completed a Tier 12 Vaults of Atziri. But it wasn't a Tier 12 as I have only ever done up to Tier 5 maps.

So it seems like the master missions are given based on the native map tier level and not the actual tier run in the Kirac mission. At least in this case.
Also, based on the change this league to give daily missions at the level of the highest map completed, it seems like I will only be receiving red map master missions from now on.

Is there a fix for this? Frustrating as my character is not ready to complete any red tier maps yet!

I have the exact same issue, Yesterday Kirac offered me a "Tier 5" Caer Blaidd.

Proceeded through the mission despite the bosses being oddly difficult for T5. Opened my atlas after and Caer Blaidd is T12. This makes my atlas progress appear to be in red maps while the highest i've done is T7.

Same happens to me. I completeded The Coward's Trial and now im getting tier 16 maos.

The simplest solution to this, aside from not offering a unique map if it's in a higher group of tiers than the highest mission you've already run, is to simply ignore any unique-map missions for the purpose of calculating your highest mission run.

In theory, it should be relatively easy to implement a fix, as well as to reset the currently offered missions with that in mind after the fix is applied.

Yup, same. Ran a Coward's Trial last night. Was offered at T3-4 or something. Today I logged in, ready to tackle some more maps and continue progression. Oh.. Kirac maps at T16... Really hampers progression with that I can't buy any maps now, and my build is not strong enough for T16 yet, seeing as I am around yellow maps atm.

Same here. Was offered a Caer Blaidd white map unique mission yesterday and have run only white maps this league. After completion Caer Blaidd registered as lvl 12 and todays missions are red tier despite never even having run a yellow map.

Same for me, did tier 5 The Coward's Trial from Kirac. Now I only have red missions with no completed yellow maps

Same here, random caer blaidd, now only gets red tier missions.
Can't they except uniques from influencing missions?

Had the same happen with me.

I ran a white map variant of the Coward's Trail a few days back, now Kirac is rolling red map missions.

Fortunately my Absolution Minion build has enough damage output to actually handle everything in a Tier 16 map other than certain bosses so providing I am selective in my missions I can still run missions, however it certainly is all sorts of broken in terms of actual Atlas progression.

Same; Level 5 Caer BLaidd has changed all of my Kirac and other masters to red tier.
