banned after afk

Yo is there anyone alse who got banned for been afk 2h ?!
Yestarday i got banned after ive been afk for like 2h watching movie with my wife , thats pretty much what i did . I dont recieve any email or gm telling me something . the only thing i see on my page acc is Banned for "Breaching Term of Use" , thats explains alot right is there a other reasons to ban someone ?! Im 42 years old guy playing video games , i dont cheat ,i dont trade , i dont harras other players , i dont invest too much into gaming anymore ( got kids and stuff ). Now when i think about it i dont have a idea why i got banned , obv there is noone telling me why . I send a email still waiting for an answer. Assume my ban comes from some automated stuff sentinel ( im not a programer ). Cant even make a post with my main account cose its banned (thats other acc) Basicly i heard new league started in PoE didnt even readed patch notes .i decided to try it . Got banned midnight for no reason , no exponation , not even a frikin email . Is that how you treat your costumer GGG , this remind me of other company who recently got eaten , there where treating their costumer like a bag of potatos Can anyone help for to atleast understand why i got that ban ?! is that a technical problem or some gm who fall a sleep at office ? " You will have to login with the banned account, go to my account and press the BAN APPEAL link. There you have 1 chance to give ALL the information you think is relevant and then GGG's will process your appeal and reply if you will get access again or is perma banned. Also it's GGG policy never to give out more information other then the main reason like --> "Breaching Term of Use" This means that you don't get contacted before or anything like that. |
