Archnemesis recipes and tab space
I have found myself being alt-tabbed for 90% of my time while interacting with this mechanic. There is no satisfactory in-game method of browsing recipes and parts so you end up spending an incredible amount of time cross referencing online resources to try and interact with archnemesis
The tab size for archnemesis pieces is painfully small to the point that it makes it hard to discover recipes. It is not difficult to fill up the entire tab and not have more than 1 recipe available. You end up with so many parts that don't mix together and the league mechanic becomes a chore to get rid of duplicate parts rather than something you are excited to experiment with. Even if it is not common it still ends up to many thousands of players and that kills the fun and momentum of the game. There is a game called factorio. The major point of that game is automation and the major appeal while playing that game are points in the game when you get rid off chore. It's not instant, its achieved.
Funny thing that ggg does know about that game, since they took inspiration from it while designing harvest league. The ironic part is that it is opposite on appealing, its chore-maximus, whenever i see it i skip it since it takes too much time for preperation and too much grinding to get anything. They could have done smth similar in spirits of factorio- reduce chore/manual_labor over time, like revealing more and more precise information and maybe even allowing to select recipe observer- like selected recipe would show whats missing (might even allow multiple recipe selection). But ofc. It takes too much time to refine quality of life features, we probably wont see anything like that. |

poedb has a nice interface
and I'm sure others will improve on this (especially once you get a visual to plug into the cheat sheet section of Awakened POE trade) I agree about the tab space, I would love to have a minimum of 2 of every possible base and outcome All the same, I love this mechanic and wish it would go core almost "as-is" |
