Blight maps not affected by "increased effect of Modifiers on non-unique Maps" like last league

Awakiening bonus used to work on Blight maps but the new nodes "Map Modifier Effect" that add "increased effect of Modifiers on non-unique Maps" like the awakening bonus used to do does not work on blight maps anymore.
