Infinite scrolling in tabs

Hi, when I am in my stash tabs, and I'm trying to pick a price on items or pick a color for my tab it keeps scrolling through like my buttons are stuck.

Thing I have tried:
unplugging keyboard and mouse
restarting computer
uninstalling path of exile and installing
checking to see my keyboard is stuck

If anyone could help me with this, I would very much appreciate that. Its a little frustrating to say the least xD.

Confirming that I'm having the same issue starting today. For me, it's any drop down menu within the stash, which includes:

- tab setting dropdowns (public dropdowns for "set exact price on all items" and the currency type, for instance)
- color (scrolls all the way to bottom of whatever color column you select)
- owned/unowned dropdown (for tabs that have it, such as divination or uniques)

The dropdown menus are stuck in some sort of permanent "scroll down" loop where no matter what happens, they revert to whatever the last item in the list is when you attempt to select something. I can even see the selection working - for instance, if I select "All" to show all my divination cards, the tab flashes through each option of All, Owned, and then lands on Unowned and stops. (For what it's worth, it also seems to make NPC text scroll faster as well, so it may not be just a stash bug?)

This bug is extremely frustrating, as right now I can't pull out anything in my stash tabs that have an owned feature, and like the OP, I also can't really configure any new stash tabs for selling or anything else until this is resolved.

Screenshot is hard to give as it's a live-action kind of issue (I can at least give a bug report number? 376,867,862), but it affects all dropdowns that I can see in the various stash tabs. Like the OP, I've cycled through all I can think of for generic troubleshooting - not the mouse buttons, restarted PC, restarted/uninstalled and reinstalled client, cycled through keys on my keyboard to see if a scroll lock or similar was enabled...nothing.

Same thing is currently happening on my end, But up instead of down. Can't click on my character in the character select screen, All in game options with a clickable menu are scrolling automatically upwards. Trying to select a map modifer in the atlas.
