Vendor recipe replace ilvl requirements chaos/regal orb

Since chaos orb is more valuable than regal orb, ilvl requirements for vendor recipies of that orbs should be replaced.
Currently: Chaos Orb x1 (should be: Regal Orb x1) 60 to 74 2x Chaos Orb x2 (should be: Regal Orb x2) 60 to 74, all unidentified OR all 20% quality Chaos Orb x3 (should be: Regal Orb x3) 60 to 74, all unidentified AND all 20% quality Regal Orb x1 (should be: Chaos Orb x1) 75 to 100 Regal Orb x2 (should be: Chaos Orb x2) 75 to 100, all unidentified OR all 20% quality Regal Orb x3 (should be: Chaos Orb x3) 75 to 100, all unidentified AND all 20% quality Last bumped on Apr 14, 2022, 2:05:13 PM

regal orbs are rarer, and are frequently more valuable than a chaos orb especially at the start of a league.
also chaos recipe is the lower ones to help people get their early currency so they can afford their gear, if you are doing chaos recipe in high maps... |

Only 1 item has to be <75 for the two chaos orbs result, not all items.
