Does anyone know for sure what debuff Screech from Primal Rhex Matriarch inflicts?
I saw information that it is 50% increased Lightning damage taken. But this information was from a player who believes that Arena Master gives 40% cast speed. How do i even get him do i need to turn off offerings and desecrate from my trigger wand because all the bodies in Grove are lost after 1-3 seconds after they die...
