Redblade banner shield DELETED? monkaS

Lighthouse map deleted from atlas so it will be much harder to get redblade banner painted tower shield. Is it possible to get it with chance orbs on painted tower shield base?

No, it can't be chanced. You'll be dependent on the Redblade Cache unique strongbox or other mechanics to get it while Lighthouse is removed from the Atlas.
