Awakened poe got me banned

I have been banned twice. First time i was banned on dec 26th 2021 for Thrid party software. I appealed and it was successful and got unbanned. I was using POE client for playing, neversink filter, Path of building community for checking builds, Awakened poe for checking trades. And 2nd time i was banned on Jan 19th 2022 for same reason Third party software and i have been using same exact softwares and nothing more. This time ban appeal is unsuccessful and they refuse to contact me anymore and suggests me to create another account and play with complying with rules. I know awakened poe trade from top streamers using it and I assumed its safe. And the account investigation system is like dictatorship. Just one reply saying the ban is not an error and you cant communicate further. They just gave accordin to Section 7 and Section 16 which is too generic and I have been reading other posts and its same reason they have been giving for everyone. Both times they reviewed the ban within 3 days. So unfair getting banned permanantly after playing over years. And i dont have that much time to start all over again. Any help from community if anyone faced this ppreviously appreaciated.

There is not much information in message except a generic sections of 7 and section 16. And I would like to know why the top streamers continue to use the same tools I use and dont get banned. Just because they are streaming game to get more people to play game? Is there no value for individual player? And permamant ban for the tools i use is very harsh. No other games i played such harsh rule of permamant ban for using comminuty wide used tools. POE top streamers have videos on how to use them. Please help me.

Anyways Im done trying to prove innocense. Last words before quitting the game. Review your cheat detection software of whatever you are using so that it also detects not just random players but everyone who are usign these tools(including people who stream and encourage people to use such tools). And I think players should get more liberty to prove themselves than just a reply saying we cant review futher once ban appeal is processed once and not giving exact reason of banning. Thats a crap way of supporitng players.

They’re not going to tell you why action was taken against someone else’s account - just as, if action was taken against yours, they wouldn’t share your business with other people.

If you have already been told that you have been perma banned and the case is closed, then nothing we can do to help you and support doesn't handle this anyway....

I have seen that some of the tools do have function in them that was clearly not allowed (1 key = more then 1 server action) and things like that.
It's possible that is what got you banned.

I have also seen cases where it was the keyboard / mouse software used that go people banned --> making macro's and things like that.

However you must remember that you accepted these rules in the ToS when you created your account......

I literally can explain what all i have settings. Awakened POE installed , I did not change any settings in the app -Its ctrl + D to check on an item. I have seen literally everone doing on streams and still they keep posting videos using Awakened POE. And every top streamer has video on how to use Path of building to pull your character to generate pastebin link to share with people. And apart from this I swear i do not have anything. If Im eligible to be permanant banned and i think 80% of POE players are eligible to be banned.
And as i said since i got banend first time and Account team review and unbanned after that i continued with same exact settings and I did not change one setting.
While appeal ban all i said was This is second time ban and I have been using same tools and settings and i did not change a thing. Not sure If accounts team understood what tools i was using or what investigation they did, They dont give a chance to prove I did noothing wrong.

And if a cheater who willingly violated I wouldnt take so much pain to prove myself.

And I stongly believe atleast I am not eligible for a permanant ban rather a warning of few days ban saying I have been using some wrong tools and future use will be permanant ban. I wish Accounts team give me one more chance to prove myself and give me guidance on what is right and wrong. Following the community is what all i did a mistake.

But you did get a warning --> that was the first BAN and as they could see you continue using 3 party software they then perma banned you.

There have always been "differant" rules for the big streamers. We have seen this many times. They really have to do something extremly bad to get banned and most of them just either get a temp ban or a temp league ban....

Awakened PoE did not get you banned, the only reason people keep trying this one is becasue it is an easy out to say look i'm not cheating, i use this and you did a ban on it years ago.

And if you bothered to even check what happened with that wee ban wave you would know that it was due to a few individuals messing about with it and effectively DDoS'sing the trade API fucking up the trade sites for everyone.

The initial action was to ban people that were using it asap to mitigate damage then go over the cases, when they did that they found it was only a few people, all bans, were lifted except on thos people that used awakened poe maliciously, there have been no bans since.
