Thirst for blood quest

I accidentally skipped thirst for blood quest.

Since I am already doing maps is there a way to go back and do this quest?

Tried talking to NPC in town but nothing.

look at your quest log for that area (stand in town for that area) and then you should be able to see what to do in the quest log.

That is the problem.

I did go to the area but there is nothing shown in the quest log.

Make a second character.

There's no quest called Thirst for Blood that I'm aware of (that's the name of the Jack, the Axe ability). What quest are you talking about?

First challenge in this league says complete the quest "thirst for blood".
Glimpse an alternate reality challenge

Thats just to unlock the Krangle device.
If you already have on your current char (will be unlocked automatically at some point), you cant do it anymore.

Make a new char, kill Hillock, meet "Last To Die" at the beach and then talk to this NPC in town if need be.
