Yup, when they moved to Xsolla the company has such a bad reputation with fraud that my Credit Card company thought my card details had been stolen and automatically cancelled my card. I wasn't aware at the time that the payment provider had changed but that was the last time GGG got any money from me.

It's unfortunate though as I'm not willing to risk have my card cancelled again, so until GGG provide another payment option I just cannot risk sending them any money. |

Pretty sure there's a way to pay through Steam as well. Not sure. Haven't supported in like 3 years.

It does not work with Paypal I tried.
I also tried with using just the card. I called my bank they said they do not support XSolla as they do micro transaction verification which my bank does not allow. I wanted to purchase 2 supporter packs and buy TABS with the coins. But it seems GGG will not get my money / support as long as they keep using XSolla. I dont know why they started using XSolla, but it is the worst move they have ever made. I even tried to buy coins through Steam, which you used to do, looks like you cant do that anymore also. So I guess they dont have my support since they dont want my money. Its fine with me, ill save a few hundred dollars. Because I am no longer supporting while they have XSolla attached to this game. |
