Why do we need to self cast guard skills and pc players don't?

Pc players can bind guard skill to left mouse and it's automatically called every time cooldown is gone as long you're moving. We have yet less space for skills due one button reserved for pickup because you won't allow to bind it to custom button, yet you want to us to cast it manually, what is this?
I guess unless some top streamer try console and say that some things should be definitely changes, ggg won't give a damn.

I just changed my circle button on the controller to L1 on my controller in the PlayStation setting and I just hold down the L1 trigger to continually proc your defense abilities. Easy solution same effect as left mouse click and proc
