"Reflects (11–24) Physical Damage to Melee Attackers"
"Reflects (25–50) Physical Damage to Melee Attackers" (On a shield.) Are these good modifiers? Will/can be they enlarged in any way? I mean, with "increased" and "more" and "add to" modifiers on the gear, I will one day reach 200k DPS (or 500k or 1000k or more). This 11-24 (or 25-50) damage (reflected by my shield) will remain the same (relatively tiny) 11-24 (25-50)? Last bumped on Dec 18, 2021, 9:51:50 PM

they are good for nothing in 99.99% cases

It's good in Act 1. Later is not that good, doesn't scale very well.

Reflected damage is not affected by your offensive stats whatsoever. It will always remain that tiny amount. The only way to increase it's damage is modifiers on the enemy, such as more damage taken or lowered resistances.
