Conqueror exalted orbs + awakened gem drop rates

Hi,

I've now completed my 30th Sirus rotation.

When conqueror citadel is available, I quality, alch, vaal, and add 4 scarabs.
I have full atlas completion, and my atlas passives are set correctly. (Sirus 50% increased chance to drop awakened gem)

I've gotten zero. No conqueror exalted orbs. no awakened gems.

I don't remember the drop rate being this poor for them...

Am I doing something wrong?

nothings wrong, you're just having bad rng. I've killed awakener less times this league than ever before and he gave me 3 awakened gems, don't even have the atlas passive for it. In 3.13 I killed A8 50+ times and never dropped a woke gem from him.

The drop rates for conqueror orbs are very low too. Never in my thousands of hours of playing have I dropped a hunters exalt. Crusader/warlords/redeemers seems to be more common. But again with such low base drop chance, its hard to differentiate anecdotal evidence from statistics.

From the time awakened gems and conqueror exalts were added to the game, until right now, the game has dropped me:

1 awakened gem
1 conqueror exalt

Both of which were crappy ones no one would want to buy for any significant price.

i've done ~50 sirus a9+supp gems passive runs this league and got exactly 10 awakener orbs
seems like the chance for orb is around 20%

so you got extremely unlucky, but it's possible, also check your loot filter, i mean it's probably ok, still 30 runs withot a single orb is suspicious

as for the gems, i've got
1 awa melee phys
2 awa minion damage
2 awa brutality
1 awa ele focus
1 awa generocity
and some trash awa gems

no really expensive gems, no multi, no coc, spell echo etc. i still will go for 50 more siruses because i really have nothing else to do, blood cruicible grind is too boring for me
