The "Quality" condition Item Filter syntax does not work on jewellery

Adding a quality condition to a block related to Amulets/Rings/Belts will cause the block to fail to match, even if the jewellery has catalyst quality.

and works perfect from many years

Define works.

The lines:
"
Show
Class "Rings"
Quality > 1
PlayEffect Red

Show
Class "Rings"
Quality = 0
PlayEffect Blue

yields:

the ring has 20% fertile catalyst quality.
Problem: impostor syndrome
Solution: nerf everything
Result: depressing mess

Can confirm: catalyst quality is not detectable via filters.
