Endless Delve- Crafting Bench Suggestion

First, I want to say I really enjoy endless delve. I think adding the divination card turn-in was a welcome addition, and adds a bit more value to the event.

I see lots of people bothered about the lack of a crafting bench, and I can see both sides of the issue. On one hand, something like Endless Delve is meant to be a specific kind of challenge, and adding the crafting bench takes some of that away. On the other hand, without it you get a pretty narrow selection of builds that players find viable.

So, I came up with an idea that I think would address both sides, and could be a cool addition if you run the event again, and I sincerely hope that you do!

How about adding a one-off basic crafting chance to what used to be the nodes that had all the socket recipes?

In my mind it would work like so:

You would have to find a mine node that has one of the previously socket recipe plaques.

Clear the node, and then you get a one-shot craft. The plaque would have all the basic crafting options. No veiled modifiers, no multi-mod.

You get to choose ONE craft. Once you use it, by adding it to the item, the plaque goes inactive, and if you want another craft, you have to find another plaque.

I have left out the veiled modifiers and multi-mods for a couple of reasons. The veiled modifiers are maybe a little TOO much for Endless Delve, and multi-mod doesn't make a lot of sense in a scenario where you only get to craft one modifier at a time. The idea is to add a little more flexibility without making it too powerful.

I hope you guys will consider this for the next Endless Delve event, as I think it could really add some interesting builds to the mix, and make more folks want to participate.
