"print screen" comes out black (PoE only)

it used to work fine, but lately when I "print screen" and then paste, I just get a black screen.

does anyone have any clue or idea what may be going on?
(this happens only in PoE - "print screen" in any other app is working fine)

If you want to make a screenshot, better use the designated key "F8".
As for your issue, I'm really not sure since it's only PoE. There are some security software that block screenshoting, but they should block all of them not just PoE.
Is it the same when in full screen mode and windowed?

I can't get my "F8" key to work in any app, nor in any configuration/combination.

but the "print screen" (button) works when I put PoE into "windowed mode", so thanks for that suggestion! :-)

since I do screen shots quite rarely, I'm probably not motivated enough to try and figure out why it won't work in full screen mode and call this good enough/workable.
