Don't Remove Navali NPC

Sure, get rid of Prophecy mechanic but that NPC is great. The voice acting for her is quite distinct and will be sad to see her go. Throwing in Lily Roth (gem vendor in H/O will be nice) as nee divination card turn in makes as little sense as the witch deciding to become a pirate merchant all of the sudden.

Hope GGG at least leaves the NPC as a decoration, as others have mentioned.

A nice, optional mechanic that hurts no one, adds some flavor for those who do enjoy it, and provides a much-needed avenue for upgrading some uniques.

I think removing Prophecy is a bad idea. Let's get rid of Treasure Goblins- Uh, I mean, Tormented spirits, instead. =9[.]9=

Personally, I was sure Tormented Spirits were next to go.
No NPC removal, no re-work of Uniques.
~ Please separate the PoE1 and PoE2 forums.
The rats prophecy has such a cool line.

I would assume it's right around the corner. Both Torment and Prophecy have no place in the game IMO.

It makes sense to remove Prophecy . This will make room for a few hundred new items in the data base , by removing only the prophecies alone. Torment will free up , what ? Several ghosts and 3 unique item , who are core drop anyways ?
