need help with unearth ability

the unearth ability says it spawns a corps but when I use it, it doesn't spawn anything, am I just using it wrong?

Are you looking for minion? Unearth spawns a pile of bones on the ground

well it says it spawns a bone archer corpse where it lands so im a bit confused shouldnt it spawn a bone archer?

and it says spawns corpses that are level 12 and i can have a maximum of 10 of them so yeah

No, it spawns a bone archer corpse, you can use it for raise zombie, detonate dead, offerings etc.

ohh okay im playing as shadow how could i turn the corpses into a minion or something id like to play somewhat of a necromancer but idk how
