It's very unlikely to get a fix for this bug in Scourge league. If you create another character in Scourge, probably you'll hit the same bug.
I recommend starting over in Standard, or wait until Scourge characters are merged with Standard, and hope you'll get the missing dialogue there. |

" the problem is, if you miss a dialogue, you will not get the dialogue again by simply killing the boss, you must redo the whole quest (aka restarter another character).
