inspiration support < Lifetap Support - (They do not work in combination)

When you have these two supporting gems (inspiration, lifetap), inspiration is never activated (charges are not activated). Lifetap is the only one that is activated.
If you remove the Lifetap support gem then yes. skill ⇒ inspiration suppor ⇓ Lifetap Support Inspiration uses mana. But LifeTap uses life. (The fault rule could be reversed.) I mean, Inspiration should wear life with this jewel of support. Either that, or the logic of the game gets weaker every day. Lifetap Support can't support Inspiration Support and you "gain an Inspiration Charge when you Spend Mana"
