[Loot Filter Sounds] Konata Izumi (Lucky Star) Sound Pack

I've started playing PoE a little more seriously recently and decided to put together my own sound pack for the loot filter I've been using.

This follows the guidelines set forth in this Reddit post, so it should work with any filter in FilterBlade, assuming you rename the files appropriately.

Please let me know if this doesn't work with your filter or if you have any other ideas for custom sounds. I'm always open to suggestions.
